Experience the fun of working with clay without the commitment! All of our workshops are perfect for beginners, and provide a range of experiences and projects for all ages!
A Note About Cleaning:
Learning how to clean up is an integral part of the ceramics process. As a community-centered studio, we feel that everyone, regardless of age or experience, must appropriately clean up after themselves when participating in our classes, workshops, events, private lessons, and open studio. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Mindfulness on the Wheel - Ages 16+
Slow down, center yourself, and connect mindfully with clay. In this relaxing pottery wheel session, you’ll learn to focus on the rhythm of the wheel, the feel of the clay, and the flow of the creative process. Through guided instruction and mindful awareness techniques, you’ll experience a refreshing way to de-stress, recharge, and express yourself through clay. NOTE: The goal of this workshop is not to produce finished pieces but you may keep what you create for an additional charge.
